Everything you need to know about our race formats
Before the Race
Before all driving, you must attend a short briefing. During this briefing, you will be introduced to your race format and the general rules of the track.
The most important rule: No alcohol or other intoxicants before driving begins.
Regarding clothing, there's no such thing as bad weather, only bad clothing. We lend out balaclavas and helmets completely free of charge, but if wet weather is expected, rain gear can be purchased in the Café.
Everyone must sign the Mou Manifesto. You must be of legal age (18 years) to sign. If you are not of legal age, a parent/guardian must sign.
Race Formats in Detail
Choose the experience that suits you
For EveryonePay-per-Minute
Pay-per-minute driving is for everyone! There are no requirements for the number of people. Buy 15, 30, or 60 minutes, where you can freely cruise around and challenge the track record.
During the summer season, there are often others on the track. The transponder monitor displays times and lap counts, so you can always see how fast you are.
Team RacingLe Mans
Le Mans is ideal for larger groups and corporate events. Here you will be divided into teams, each receiving a go-kart. Then a long race is held, for example lasting 2 hours.
Just like Tom Kristensen races the 24 Hours of Le Mans, our teams race with pit stops and driver changes. The team that has completed the most laps when time runs out wins!
New Race FormatFormula 1
Formula 1 is a traditional race format with plenty of speed, competition, and fun! The race consists of 3 parts:
- Warm-up — Get to know the track
- Qualifying — Battle for positions (pole position)
- Final — The race for victory!
If you purchase 40 or 60 minutes, multiple races are held for extra excitement.
The UltimateGrand Prix
Grand Prix is an individual race with 6 heats in 6 different go-karts from 6 different starting positions. Points awarded based on placement — fewest points wins!
There is a podium for the top 3. Trophies, medals, and champagne can be purchased for the awards ceremony.
